Sports affects schoolwork?

Uploaded by cadetcrusher on Aug 28, 2004

Some schools require each student to participate in an organized school sport chosen by the student. People at these schools argue that athletics is an important part of the educational experience and that there should be a rule requiring participation. But a student does not gain what we call “book smarts”. Making a student join a sport is in effects of the student having less time for their homework or assignments. Not all students are the same. Some can concentrate on both and some can only concentrate on one thing. We should take this in consideration.

In conclusion, I believe that we should give each student a chance to express themselves by giving...
