Put the stuff in the car, hang on tight for a long trip, we are leaving
Say goodbye to your best friends, remember all those times in 5th grade,
When we laughed and talked about the crush that we all got on this girl,
So stupid yet so unforgettable
Slow down, let’s recollect and hold on, because we’ll be leaving
Step a step back, spent one more night in this place, because we’ll be leaving
Take some pictures of the town, remember all those times in the summer,
When we tried to build a tree house in the woods but got poison ivy
So ironic yet so unforgettable
Yes, it’s ironic,
How things that you’ve once taken granted will be all gone
Yet, you knew it was coming,
Like the winter wind that used pass you by,
How quick times pass
Yet, you knew in the end you will have to go,
Like the melting snowman that you used built in the winter,
