Que paso a mi gente?

First and foremost not all Dominicans are racist however many of us are blind and ignorant concerning our culture, history, and blood. I am Dominican, and at the same time I am Black, but still I know that I am hispanic.I feel proud to be able to mix myself among different cultures and blend right in.Yes I love merengue, but at the same time I love blues, get what I'm saying.All dominicans are not black but 75% of all dominicans have some form of african blood in them rather they admit this or not. I love being who I am but in essence I am not Dominican, I am a beautiful male who just happens to speak spanish.I am more than a label. Yes like all hispanics I am proud to be Latino but I do not fancy myself upon this. I know my history and I feel that until other hispanics take the time to learn theirs people will continue to say that Dominicans are a bunch of racist.
