I have investigated numerous methods of study of biochemical techniques on Abnormal Clinical Conditions of patients.The procedures that I have adopted are as follows: Firstly the tissues have been collected and processed under certain types of media for pasteurization.Then it is kept in an organic liquid for section preparations.We observe the samples under microscope for any biotechnological examinations of the samples.The specific biotechnological techniques of interest to me are the Colorimetry, electrophoresis and the uv & visible spectrophotometry. The interest is to get the aminoacids composition depending on the spectroscopic data.

An attended effort was to collect the blood samples and check for the glucose levels depending on the intake food requirements of the patient.

The specific aim of my study was to understand the nature of disease borne-bacteria and viruses that prevailed in my town and village environment. The study helps to warant the onset of any major epidemics etc.The town municipal authorities get the benefit of the statistics on abnormal clinical conditions of the patients and to adopt prventive measures for the safety of public.
